Here are some key non-teaching staff roles and their importance inschools: • Non-teaching staff members fulfil a wide range of responsibilities that encompass administrative, maintenance, and operational tasks. Their contributions are essential in creating an environment conducive to effective teaching and learning. One significant role of non-teaching staff is in administrative duties. These Administrative Staffs include office administrators, receptionists, and clerks who manage administrative tasks like record-keeping, scheduling, correspondence, handling inquiries and admissions and registrations, and ensuring the school's compliance with regulations. Without their organizational skills and attention to detail, the administrative aspects of running a school would bechaotic. • Maintenance such as Custodians, janitors, maintenance workers, and Support services including IT staff, Food service staff, School nurses, andGuidance
