Your baby is making you aware of his needs through a combination of sounds, facial expressions and body movements.   3. Tell Them What You’re Doing To build sentences and nurture your child’s curiosity, give a live commentary of what you’re doing. “Mommy is making your food”, or “Let’s make your bubble bath.” This will give them a context of words to learn. Communication Skill Development Activity for Newborns

  5. Sing Songs Music is a soothing experience for your baby, you can nurture this by singing as much as possible. It could be a lullaby, a nursery rhyme, songs or humming.
