Financial Services Competitor Profiling

A Client wanted to enter into private banking space in Myanmar. To understand the local players and International companies, we conducted a research on existing products and services, target markets and client base. Also we conducted research on the competitor through Secondary research of company websites, Mystery shopping and Elicitation techniques to find out additional information. Outcome of the research helped client to plan their market entry approach effectively.
