Eligibility to be a property agent You must be above 21 and have been a Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident (SPR) for at least ten years. To be eligible to register as a real estate salesman, you must have earned a minimum of four GCE "O" Level passes or the equivalent. Alternatively, you'll require Workplace Literacy and Numeracy at Level 5 or higher (WPLN). To register for the RES Course, you must be at least 21. The applicant must hold one of the following locally recognized credentials: a minimum of four GCE "O" or "A" level passes OR a diploma from a nearby polytechnic institution: NYP, NP, SP, TP, OR degrees earned in regional universities: NUS, NTU, SIT, SMU, SUTD, or Higher National ITE Cert (Higher Nitec) or a recognized Master National ITE Cert (Master Nitec) Level 5 in Reading, Writing, Speaking, Listening, and Numeracy on the Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) Assessment
