    1. 1 Atlas of Barley Gene Expression A short tutorial David Marshall Genetics Programme, SCRI (David.Marshall@scri.ac.uk) This presentation contains a short tutorial on the use of the Barley Atlas of Gene Expression based on two example scenarios The tutorial uses only web accessible resources and individual users may wish to undertake more extensive analysis using their own microarray analysis tools We will endeavour to develop and expand these tutorials examples over time.

We are happy to provide advice and support for the use of this valuable resource. This is only one example of the resources that are becoming available to make barley a valuable primary cereal tool for exploiting the developments in model plant species.
