Organizations were established between 1905 and 2008 with staffs starting with at least 25 • Over the next 75 years the staffs varied from 8-10 and 200-700 however – by 2008 staffs now varied between 8-10 and 120-130. • Boards: - COO (President) - CAO (Secretary) - CFO (Treasurer) - Human Resources Manager (Club Services) - Project Manager, Int’l (International Services) - Project Manager, Windsor (Community Services) - Marketing Manager (Vocational Services) • Staff: 4 - 16 = 4 - 115 employees.

  4. Company Policy: • No salary or wages • Finance all own costs • Pay a fee to work. • Attend work 50 % of time required • No requirement that you actually work • Management changes every 12 months • No retirement age • No skills required • No requirement to attend training programs • etc. !

Do we even know where the Club Bylaws are? • Guess the Board will have to discuss this and reach agreement – once we find the bylaws and see what they actually say! • Inclusion in the AGM agenda! Make this official! • hmmmmm – as the AGM is usually held in December to ratify the new Board – we will have to start before this – maybe on 1 July to set CLP in place………………..

  26. Implementation Steps • Amend bylaws to reflect the club committee structure. • Increase fellowship among members of the club. • Ensure that every member is active.

  27. Implementation Steps • Training plan: • Club leaders attend district training meetings • Orientation is consistently and regularly provided for new members • Ongoing educational opportunities are available for current members
