  1. Nitrogen Generators: 5 Reasons Plant Managers are Investing in Them Most people are familiar with nitrogen as a cleaning agent, of it’s uses in the food industry or even the medical industry. Plant managers are all to familiar with this gas as they use it daily at most locations for one reason or another. That is why so many plant managers are now investing in their own generators. For those that are just now discovering that this is a possibility for their business, these are a few of the benefits. Cost effective When plant managers start to produce their own nitrogen, they save money in the long run. Granted, installing the equipment needed, etc. will often cost more than a simple supple delivery, but that is just the start up cost. After that, owners will begin to save so much money that the equipment winds up paying for itself in the long run. The cost of maintenance and ownership is usually low when compared to the initial start up cost. No more waiting on a delivery When first using this gas in a plant, it can be difficult to determine how much to buy, or how long it will last. There are usually at least a few times that businesses will be at a stand still because they are waiting on a delivery of those high-pressure tanks. When companies produce their own, they will never have to wait on a delivery again. If a tank needs cleaned more than they expected, they will have the gas that they need on-site so that they can use as much as they have available, which is quite a bit considering most of the atmosphere is comprised of this gas. Systems can be leased That’s right, a plant can now lease their own generators. Most businesses that are just starting up do not want to spend the money to purchase a nitrogen generator but leasing them is

  2. cheaper. This also gives businesses the opportunity to change their mind without losing as much money. If a company goes under or they change their mind, they only pay the cost of backing out of the lease instead of losing the cost of the generator, which is usually much more. No experience necessary Often, these systems come from an experienced company that can give a new owner instruction on how to work the system. They can explain exactly how the generator separates oxygen from nitrogen, how it should be used, maintenance required, and they have customer service to answer additional questions. Nitrogen remains the most abundant gas in the atmosphere. It has found common applications in every industry from the food industry where it remains vital to food preservation to the medical field to the pharma industry. When it comes to products that oxygen has a negative impact on, this gas is what saves them and makes them safe for human consumption. It is also used to clean stainless steel and manufacture parts across the world. For companies that use that much of it, it might be easier to have an on-site supply. About Us: GTS Maintenance began with providing containers to gas companies and offering maintenance on them. Since then, this small company has grown to include services for the gas industry, the waste industry and the water industry. Then, they created their sister company, GTS Nitrogen Services. Through GTS Nitrogen Services they provide an extensive amount of nitrogen purging services to help keep things clean and safe for all the industries that they serve. In addition to nitrogen purging, GTS Nitrogen Services offers liquid nitrogen supplies, nitrogen pumping equipment for businesses that are already experienced in the field and would like to do it themselves, nitrogen tanks and various other services.
