  3. Definition of Health • A state of being free from injuries and pain. • It is complete state of Physical, mental and absence of disease. • Mental Health:-It is complete state of Physical, mental and absence of disease.

  4. Methods to Maintain your Health • There are following ways to maintain your health:- • Diet:-Diet is the kind of food that person , animals and community eats. It is very important that you eats a healthy diet for your health. Healthy diet include animal based or plants based food that gives us nutrients.

  5. Exercise:-It make our body physically and mentally fit .It help us to maintain Physical fitness ,mental ability and Health. It helps us to increase our immune system and prevent us from many diseases .Exercise gave us various advantage like strengthening our muscles, maintenance and weight loose etc. • Health play very important part in our life .so try to fit and healthy.
