When lactose isn’t digested properly, such as in people who are lactose, gas, and bloating result. Also do not eat a lot of it, it can cause diarrhoea and can get worse. Please drink water instead, and get used to drinking water, it will save your tummy and will help you financially as well. And fatty foods, butter, deep-fried, you know what they are. They will upset your stomach big time, and you will feel like a sack of nothing afterwards. Again drink water to help clear out all the toxins.
