  1. Types Of Stainless Steel Pots And Pans That Will Help You Cook Better Cooking is one of the most important life skills but there are few learners who may not be good cook and it becomes difficult for them to cook every time they want to have a meal. If you are such a learner, you need to know that cooking also depends on the kinds of cookware sets that you are using to make your meals. So if you want to excel in the cooking department, you need to know what kind of cookware you should be using for what purpose. So without further ado, let’s get to know more about the various types of stainless steel pots and pans that will help you cook better. 1. 8-quart stockpot This cookware is using mainly for boiling and steaming ingredients because it comes with a lid, so that the water does not escape from the food that is being cooked. It also helps boil down root vegetables and course meat easily and makes an almost pressurized environment inside the closed lid. You can make soups, boil your pasta, and steam your vegetables and dumplings without worrying about the water drying up. 2. 3-quart sauté pan When you are buying a sauté pan make sure you buy one with a lid whatever the size be. This is because when you sauté, you intend to keep the ingredients a little fresh and only lightly cooked. However, at times the ingredients come out as either over-cooked or still raw. To avoid this, you need to put the sauté pan on low heat, and after stir frying for like 30 seconds, you should put on the lid. This way you will have ingredients fried as well as properly cooked from inside.

  2. 3. 3-quart stainless-lined copper saucepan Saucepans should always be stainless-lined that is because when you are making sauces and any kind of gravy under high heat, the ingredients are bound to stick to the cookware. To avoid that, the cookware is heavily lined with stainless steel. You might go for non-stick pans but it is better to avoid the non-stick ones because the inner coating starts to fade out if you cook under high heat. Also, if you use copper instead of non-stick your food will have copper particles that non-stick particles. These are the types of cookware sets that you need to be aware. There are many more but for beginners this should be sufficient. So choose your cookware wisely and check the warranty before buying.
