One-in-Five Classic Cars Fail the MOT Test, Despite Not Legally Requiring One We as of late acquired restrictive new information from the DVSA which uncovered 18.4 percent of exemplary vehicles matured more than 40 years of age bombed MOT tests, in spite of there being no lawful commitment for proprietors to have one completed. Acquired through our Freedom of Information solicitation to the DVSA, the information showed 121, 2041 exemplary vehicles matured north of 40 years of age willfully had a check mot history between January 2019 and June 2021.
