Reaching those benchmarks is equally important whole leaving footprints of enhanced excellence. As an American Author, Helen Keller, says, “Character cannot be developed in ease and quiet. Only through experience of trial and suffering can the soul be strengthened; ambition be inspired, and success is achieved.” The path to profound success or excellence is not easy as it may seem, but it involves the sacrifice of many things.

It is important for business leaders to lead from the front and even be prepared to make personal sacrifices for the long-term success of the business.
