Mustafa responded to this challenge by prioritizing the construction of an elementary building and transferring elementary students to the new facility. This strategic move significantly improved the learning environment for elementary students, addressing their unique needs and ensuring a conducive setting for their education. A strategic partnership with the Albuquerque Chamber of Commerce was established to provide diverse opportunities for students. This collaboration facilitated connections between students and local businesses and professionals, offering real-world experiences, mentorship opportunities, and internships.
