  1. IMMIGRATION UPDATE Germany is facing a major worker shortage, and migration may be the only way to fill it. The country's population is ageing, and fewer young people are entering the workforce. This is creating a shortage of skilled workers in a number of industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, and construction.

IMMIGRATION UPDATE The long wait time for green cards for Indian nationals is due to country- based quotas, according to official at the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). The annual limit established by Congress on family-sponsored preference green cards is 2,26,000 for the whole world, while the annual limit on employment-based green cards is 1,40,000.
