Ditch Spreadsheets to Add Products and Updates to UltraCart As crazy as it may sound 90% of suppliers still use spreadsheets to share information about their products with their eCommerce partners like UltraCart. That means that you have a Inventory spreadsheet problem that Venzee has been working hard to solve. Well, the day you’ve been waiting for has finally arrived! Venzee now supports UltraCart! That means a huge reduction in the use of spreadsheets for UltraCart merchants. UltraCart merchants can now use our UltraCart template to generate compatible products and updates without building giant spreadsheets. How Venzee makes life easier for UltraCart merchants: Step 1: Free Venzee Sign Up Super quick and easy sign up. No credit card required. When you’re done, start importing the product information your supply chain shared with you (via Venzee, CSV, XLS, or XLSX, online form, or from our Integration Marketplace). Venzee is going to turn it into UltraCart-compatible products! Just sit tight. How do I import data into Venzee? How do suppliers share data with their retailers via Venzee? Step 2: Select The UltraCart Template Click the Dynamic Data tab on top of your collection and click the green button that says Add+. You’ll be directed to our Template Library. Now find and select the UltraCart template. How do I create a template? Step 3: Map The Attributes

  2. Map the attributes associated with your data with the fields on the UltraCart template. If you want, create new content by combining your data with the template’s fields. You can also perform math calculations, add padding for better alignment, and create spec tables. Notice the little “?” on the right of some fields? They’re there to provide guidance on the type of information that goes in them. You’re saving time because you’re transforming the data in bulk rather than working on single products one at a time. How do I create a Dynamic Collection? How do I import images into Venzee? Step 4: Click Generate… Presto! Venzee just took your original product information (we call it Source Data) and turned it into records that are compatible with UltraCart! The new version of your data is waiting for you under Dynamic Data. Click the Export button, choose a format, and check your email for the download link.
