  2.  New Era School, Rajkot Rajkot most trusted schools New Era School, Darshan Bhavi, Nest Primary School are promoted by the K. P. Patel Educational Trust registered under the Trust Act. Shri Nikunj Bhai Patel is the Co-founder of these school. This trust has a number of schools in Rajkot as well as in Ahmedabad. K. P. Patel Trust started its first school in the year of 1979. New Era English Medium School was formed in the year 1995 with a view of helping students of nearby areas to get a better education at reasonable fees.

To maintain the collection of cash fees of thousands of students generating fees related reports, Making Progress Card of different exam pattern like SCE in GSEB Affiliated School related exam tests is very time-consuming and hectic job for staff. It had been expanding rapidly, with an increase in student strength as well as no of teachers. With all these it seems to be a hectic job to manage vast system .Maintaining a large number of student data is so very difficult for an Organization. School wished to make parents involve more in their kids activities which can only be done with robust communicating software.
