Andrew Charlton is an Economist and Adviser Dr. Andrew Charlton was senior economic adviser to the Prime Minister and Australia’s senior representative to the G20 Leaders Forum from 2008 to 2010. He has worked for the London School of Economics, Wesfarmers Limited, Coles and the United Nations. He received his doctorate in economics from Oxford University. In 2011 he was named a Young Global Leader by the WorldEconomic Forum.

Andrew Charlton is a Writer Dr. Andrew Charlton’s research covering international economics, trade and development has been published in leading international journals including the American Economic Review, World Trade Review and World Economy. He is the author of two books, Fair Trade for All, Oxford University Press, 2005, co-authored with Joseph Stiglitz, and Ozonomics, Random House Australia, 2007, and two quarterly essays MadeWorld World(2011) and Dragon’s Tail (2014).
