When you are into the business world and running an organization, one of the most important things that are needed for the growth of the company is the Systematic Management of the things as well as the employees. Managers and Supervisors are there to look after the working of the organization and to maintain the sales figures of the company. But to maintain the workers and the staff you need to have an HR. the HR of the company is responsible for the proper working of the employees so that the organization can reach to new levels of success.Most of us generally tend to hire an HR and leave the entire burden on him from the very first day, in this case the HR is not able to effectively manage all the distorted conditions and hence the growth of the company also suffers.

  3. Moreover in this situation the HR gets confused in where to start from and also the workers doesn’t follow the instruction very well. How to manage the things? Hiring a HR is the 50% solution to the problem and setting up certain rules and HR policies is the other 50% solution to the problem, by doing this you will get the 100% solution for perfect management of the HR and even the workers will follow all the policies and rules as guided. What are these HR Policies? The HR policies totally depend upon the company’s working profile.

  4. But still there are certain important HR policies that every company should have to get a proper and systematic management. 1. Attendance: The Attendance of all the workers of the company should be kept under a strict record so that the performance of every single individual worker of the company can be calculated. Moreover when it is implemented then discipline automatically comes in the working of the workers. 2. Leave: The leaves should be given under genuine reasons, but if it happen very certain without any specific reason then the worker should be fined or some deduction from his salary should be done in order to maintain the equality.

Bonus and Incentives: The company should set new targets and its rewards so that the workers are always after their work to achieve the bonus and the extra incentives apart from their basic salary. So, at last we can clearly see that the HR policies are very important for the proper running of the organization and should be opted by each and every company to achieve the desired goals.
