When we have pain or inner dilemmas, we are more inclined to give pain and feel issues with others. We're able to fix ourselves, by taking ourselves, and accepting ourselves as element of nature. Our head and bodies are reflective of each other. By connecting our bodies and thoughts we have a better possibility of healing ourselves and bringing us back in balance with nature.
