This identity is created by experience and knowledge, and skills, while personal development is about taking steps to grow as an individual. You must start being self-aware and focus on bettering yourself, which means you must take responsibility for your actions both in the personal and professional domains. This attitude then assists you to grow professionally where in the environment, you are conscious about your actions towards your employees and also focused on their behaviors so that you can motivate them to do better work.
