  1. Zoho Notebook – Free note taking app • ZOHO is known for providing solutions that tend to make tasks easier by using automation. Be it ZOHO CRM, ZOHO Books, ZOHO Social, or the bundle of 40+ applications ZOHO ONE. All these tools are made to make day-to-day tasks easier & ZOHO Notebook is another application developed for the purpose of making the task of note-taking easier. • ZOHO Notebook is a free note-taking tool that helps people to take notes, create a task list, share them with other people & many more things on the go.

  2. You don’t need a word processor, you don’t need to leave your room, and you certainly don’t need to spend a dime. Just give this simple little freeware program an hour and it’ll turn your computer’s ramblings into an organized list of notes, thoughts, ideas, lists, important dates and anything else that must be saved in the blink of an eye.

  3. Availability of the app • ZOHO Notebook is available both for desktop as well as mobile apps, be it windows, MAC, Android, or IOS the user can access the app on the go on any of the above-mentioned platforms.

Features of Zoho Notebook • Creation of unlimited notebooks & notes- The Zoho Notebook app allows the user to create unlimited notebooks & unlimited notes in the notebook & that is completely free of Cost. • Different ways of creating notes- Zoho Notebook provides the user with the option of creating notes in different ways. Private Share – This option allows the user to share the created notes with another Zoho Notebook user • (b) Link Sharing option- As the name says in this option, a link is generated & the person having the link can access this. • Security of notes-  ZOHO Notebook makes sure that the data of the users is completely safe. This is the reason that it provides the option of securing notes with passwords or touch IDs.

Steps to use ZOHO Notebook on desktop • The user needs to follow the steps given below in order to access the app • Go to the URL: notebook.zoho.com • Sign in using your ZOHO account or if the user does not have a ZOHO account, then he/she can also log in using the g-mail account. • Once the user has successfully logged in, the ZOHO Notebook interface will appear on the screen.

  8. Once your document is complete and saved by Zoho Notebook, it can be emailed, opened in an editable text editor, and printed out offline. You’ll never forget anything again!
