What is spine compression? • Spine compression is a condition caused by pressure, or compression, on the spinal cord and/or nerve roots.  • The spinal canal and the spinal nerve openings (foramen) become narrow because of: • - Bulging or collapsed disks, - thickened joints • loosened ligaments and bony • growths

  4. . SYMPTOMS OF spine compression? Symptoms of spinal nerve compression include: • Pain • Numbness • Tingling • Weakness • Unsteadiness In extreme cases: • Paralysis and • Problems with bladder and/or bowel function.
