Recommended on FMX Blue cushion on lower premolar PAs & double tabs on Premolar BWX. Remove bwx tab before putting plate in cup, otherwsie the glue from tab will stick on the blue side of plate and will ruin the plate (future images will show artifacts). Dental Injections.
