  3. As a permanent employee, you will benefit from a secure salary and a variety of options for earning more. Salary Gross 13th month salary pro rata (exceptions possible in brokerage) Premiums for daily benefits insurance as well as accident insurance (accidents at work and not at work) are paid in full by PRIVERA (no discounts) F.ex.: gross wage of CHF 5‘000.–  You save approx. CHF 480.00 per year gross wage of CHF 6‘500.–  You save approx. CHF 616.00 per year Possible extra earnings Sell the 5th week of holidays (for 2% gross wage) Premium bonuses (separate regulation) Bonuses for customer referrals (separate regulation) Bonuses for employee referrals (separate regulation, “find a friend”) Fair pay

  4. Occupational benefit plan: We are insured at Helvetia with a full insurance solution in a defined contribution plan with no coordination deduction. The employer and the employee each pay 50% of the premiums. Continuation of wage payments in the event of illness and accident: 100% continuation of wage payments during the 1st month (after trial period and during 1st year of service), 3 months (2nd – 5th year of service), 6 months (after 6th year of service). 80% thereafter Accident insurance:Private hospital fees covered Maternity: Continuation of wage payments during maternity leave amounts to between 1 month to 4 months at 100%, depending on years of service, otherwise 80% We grant 16 weeks of maternity leave instead of 14 Provisions/social security benefits you can rely on

  5. Working time can be flexible in almost all roles. At 100%, the standard working hours amount to: 42½ hours per week (less short breaks of max. 15 minutes per half day) Part-time: part-time work is also offered where possible, whether it is temporary in connection with further training or whether it is long-term, if the role allows it. Specific arrangements for working time autonomy can be made in special cases. Holidays: students 6 weeks, employees up to 49 years: 5 weeks, employees over 50 years: 6 weeks Modern IT infrastructure: allows access to the company network from outside the office on request. Mobile telephone/smart phone: available on request with payment of costs, depending on role. Unpaid leave: applications are examined at the special request of the employee and approved where possible. Working time model/holidays

On a voluntary basis, your employer gives you the following time off on full pay: Public holidays: Depending on place of work (canton), various additional regional public holidays The Friday after Ascension is a holiday for everybody Company holidays: from 24/12 midday until 01/01 is a holiday for everybody (in addition to the holidays) Your birthday afternoon is a holiday if it falls on one of your working days and if it is possible for the company Your own wedding: 2 days’ holiday Moving house: 2 days’ holiday Various others in accordance with the regulation After 10 years with the company, you will receive a gift for your service, where you can choose between money and holidays. We help our staff to develop on different levels: Range of apprenticeships Training and support of apprentices In-house specialist further training, if necessary with the support of external speakers (language teachers, IT courses, etc.). Financial support and support in terms of time for external specialist training may be given on request High benefit: 75% Medium benefit: 50% PRIVERA Academy with internal training for non-specialist topics Staff training/staff development
