  4. … and participate • Leading architects of Bombay will design and execute the monument • Mr. Shirish Patel • Mr. Rahul Mehrotra • Carmichael Road Resident’s association has obtained all the requisite approvals for the construction of the monument • Sir Chris Bonington & Lt. Gen. R.V. Kulkarni (retd) would be the patrons of the project • Indian Army has pledged co-operation and support for this project • On the day of the inauguration, officers & band from the 4th Battalion the 3rd Gorkha Rifles would be in attendance
