  6. New Provisions Go Into Effect July 1, 2014 Revises Existing Law: Note: Most Provisions of Law Only Address Georgia Gun Carry Permit Holders

  7. § 8-3-202 Banning or Restricting Firearm Possession in Public Housing Is Prohibited

  8. § 27-3-4 Hunting with Suppressors is Permitted with Property Owner Permission

  9. §16-11-127 Allows Guns in Bars at Discretion of Person(s) In Control of Property (Owner, Lessee, Renter)
