European framework programme for research & innovation: Horizon2020 Marie Skłodowska-Curie Research and Innovation Staff Exchange H2020-MSCA-RISE-2015: 6th January – 28th April 2015 Objective of the scheme: • promote international and inter-sector collaboration • through research and innovation staff exchanges, • and sharing of knowledge and ideas from research to market • for the advancement of science and the development of innovation • fosters a shared culture of research and innovation • that welcomes and rewards creativity and entrepreneurship • and helps to turn creative ideas into innovative products, services or processes.
Scope • supports development of partnerships, joint research activities • aimed at knowledge sharing via international (EU-third countries)/trans-sectoralmobility • based on secondments (exchanges) • should exploit complementary competences, other synergies • networking activities, workshops, conferences etc. • facilitate sharing of knowledge, new skills acquisition and career development • researchers (MA -> MA+4 yrs = early stage; PhD) • can also include administrative, managerial and technical staff
Expected Impact • to build or enhance new and existing networks of international cooperation • strengthen significantly the interaction between organisations between Europe and third countries • in terms of knowledge sharing and broad skills development, they will better align different cultures and expectations • with a view to a more effective contribution of research and innovation to Europe's knowledge economy and society
Re-visiting the Euro-Islam Debate • Legal Advances and Challenges Ahead • Rational, policy background: EURO-Islam: Legal Advcances and challenges • Research objectives (tobeadapted): • enhance the understanding of implications of Islamic law for different aspects in Europe’s society and market and to establish a related scientific foundation • To provide recommendations for respective regional, national and European policies • To enhance the expertise of the seconded researchers and the mutual understanding of their perspectives, approaches and methods • To shape new training modules for teacher education
