  2. Why get certified with Wayne County? Once a Business has been certified with Wayne County’s Human Relations Division they are eligible for : Equalization credits and the opportunity to participate in the Purchasing Division’s special procurement programs

  3. Doing Business with Wayne County Equalization Credits A Bidder shall receive the equalization percentage credit for each category for which it qualifies. The firm that makes the lowest offer, as evaluated, shall be deemed the lowest bidder.
