  2. Entire Hiring Process is now Electronic! (Post positions, review applications with new screening tool, interview data, recommend to hire) • Gallup TeacherInsight Assessment now required for new certified applicants • Applicant Pool Postings for some positions (i.e. Elementary, SPED, Food Service, Custodian) • Human Resources will complete Additional Level Screening for all applications • Disposition – “to dispose” – ability to mark an applicant not-selected for a position for a particular reason(s). Once dispositioned they will be removed from your active applicant pool (but still visible below the line).

  3. DISPOSITIONSAn Applicant will be dispositioned by HR if…. • They have been hired in or out of districtrecently • They are Inactive due to a pending disclosure statement. • Their Gallup Score is a 71or less • They do not have 48 college credit hours and have not taken the Para Pro Assessment (This is considered not Highly Qualified for a Classified position) • They do not have the proper license or endorsement for the position or are not Highly Qualified. Exception – New graduates will not be dispositioned due to pending licensure. They will have pending license indicated on their application/review screen and will show as not Highly Qualified

  5. Name listing Old New in BPlus!

  6. File screen Old New in BPlus! Posting Review

  7. Interview rating Old New in BPlus!

  8. Reference check Old New in BPlus! If all three references are received, hiring administrators only need to do one phone reference with current supervisor. Enter comments under interview information.

  9. Recommendation for hire Old New in BPlus! Applicant Review – Recommend to Hire

  10. Change in Protocol Old • Review submitted references • Contact three phone references • Review e-references • Contact primary supervisor if three references are received. New

  11. Reminders Do….. • Check with HR as to why you can't see an applicant's information • Tell applicant their application is under review and they will be contacted by email or by phone call. Don’t…… • Tell applicant you can't see their information • Tell applicant they are dispositioned • Share Gallup information with applicant
