WV Universal Pre-K Register Code Definitions The CEx chart applies to all WV Universal Pre-K children, collaborative or non-collaborative *CE0 is used only for those who are not enrolled in a Universal Pre-K Classroom OR who are enrolled as a 3 year old Head Start child with an enrollment code of CE and an FTE value that is appropriate to the amount of time the child receives services.
