Einzuleitende Sofortmaßnahmen nach Kontakt mit möglicherweise infektiösem Material Stich- oder Schnittverletzung Kontamination von (geschädigter) Haut, Auge, Mundhöhle Blutfluss fördern durch Druck auf das umliegende Gewebe (länger als 1 Minute). Intensive Spülung mit: hochpro-zentigem Alkohol, Wasser oder isotone Kochsalzlösung, ggf. PVP-Iodlösung* Antiseptische Spülung bzw. Anlegen eines antiseptischen Wirkstoffdepots* Unfalldokumentation (Betriebsarzt oder D-Arzt); Tel.: / ** Serologische Untersuchungen Eventuell Einleitung der Postexpositionsprophylaxe (PEP) *für Haut: Hautantiseptikum auf der Basis von Alkohol; für Wunden > 80% Ethanol-basierte Präparate oder hochprozentig Alkohol-basiertes Präparat + PVP-Iod; für das Auge: z.B. isotone wässrige PVP-Iodlösung 2,5%**: Erreichbarkeit am Wochenende unter:
