An initial needs analysis interview is conducted with each entrepreneur to understand their business, their market and their needs. From this a fully comprehensive Development and Implementation plan is put in place. The entrepreneurs enter a 12 month incubation programme where they are given the assistance, training and development, guidance, mentoring and ongoing support required. TO BE BIG YOU HAVE TO GO SMALL BBBEE is critical to our success – but it does not have to be a grudge purchase SA needs stability, economic growth and development SMME’s play a critical role in SA’s success Our Enterprise Development model focuses on growing SMME’s ourexperience their advantage

  5. in partnership since 2011 SA Commercial Direct is an award winning Contact Centre and BPO founded and owned by Renee Keeble in 2007. Founded with only 11 seats, Sa Commercial today has a seating capacity of 150 seats, soon to be 300 with their move to new premises. The partnership started in October 2011, with Aegis’s key role being to assist SA Commercial’s business to mature at all levels to the point of being a leading, locally developed medium size business. The partnership provides a flexible and innovate solutions, drawing on SA Commercial’s entrepreneurial culture and Aegis’s commitment to growth and expansion .

  6. in partnership since 2012 Invincible Outsourcing is a state of the art Contact Centre Outsource Facility founded by Dr TaddyBlecher, with an astounding concept combining its outsource facility with a unique educational institution. Impact Sourcing Academy (ISA) – a partnership between Maharishi Institute, the Rockefeller Foundation and Aegis Outsourcing SA – started operating two years ago and was formally launched April 2013. It creates work ready skills for available jobs with clients in the BPO sector, providing unemployed youth with guaranteed jobs upon course completion. This partnership started in 2012, with the key role being to assist in developing skilled young people as well as providing a platform to gain experience and job opportunities.
