Step 1: Register your agency • Access Summer Camp Website • Select “Register” link to open agency • Provide details about your agency • Provide details about your primary agency contact • Submit registration form for approval to DBH • Approvals result in an email with login details 8 DBHIDS - Webinar

Camp Application Creation • Access Summer Camp Website dbhids.org/SummerCamp (add to favorites) • Login to the application • Select top navigation Camp Applications • Select “Create New Application” link • Fill in child information • Fill in camp info to the extent possible • Fill in referral source • Print application to give to parent for signatures (parent and camp) 14 DBHIDS - Webinar
