Things that are important to Nick now • Friends – in particular Sue and Stacie • Having dedicated P.A.’s • Job at fruit and veg shop on Tuesday • Music – loves all music • Having time out to play with his train set • Computer • To have his drinking cup and drink lying down • His ‘blue’ • Toothbrush • To have a ‘flicky’ if he is bored or stressed • To have someone to talk to and not to be ignored • Going regularly to the caf • Spending time with mum and dad • Having time away from mum and dad • Routines • Weekends away at Ribby Hall • Going to visit friends • Feeling safe at home • Going to lots of different places • Going out in the car • To have lots of variety and not to get bored • Musical toys • Watching DVD’s • Watching game shows on TV • Mobile phone

Things that are important to Nick in the future • To live in Hesketh Bank and be part of the local community • Not to be bored • Trying new things – jet skiing and quad biking • Continuity of the PA Team • Finances – making sure there is money for PA’s, home, etc • Keeping an individual life • Having and identified person to oversee the finances • Getting a new house • Having a suitable bed time • Having his own copy of his PCP • For the circle to be ongoing and move forward • To keep his person centred plan alive
