  3. 巴西，全称巴西共和国（The Federative Republic of Brazil）。国土面积为8522996平方公里，是世界第五大国。南北距离为4394公里，东西距离为4319公里。毗邻大西洋，蜿蜒的海岸线长达7367公里。西部与讲西班牙语的南美洲国家相连，国境线长15719公里。亚马逊平原海拔不超过200米，总面积达4489552平方公里，而山区海拔自200米至1200米，面积达4976平方公里。巴西共分26个州和1个联邦区（巴西利亚联邦区）。巴西的旅游业发达，为世界十大旅游创汇国之一。游客多来自拉美、欧洲、美国等国。巴西拥有约1.64亿人口，大部分沿海岸居住，主要集中在东南部地区。 black
