  4. Why use follow-up questions? • Space Considerations • Ensure that all pertinent information has to be completed. • Only ask necessary questions: Help reduce inconsistent data.

  5. Limitations • Amount of questions that you want your staff to answer. • They must answer all questions in order to save any information. • Limited to Multiple Choice style questions.

This cannot be accessed directly from the kiosk, and has a category of [None]. • Link all necessary Questions • Link the proper follow-up question to the corresponding choice.
