To Recap … To invite external participants: • Go to the portfolio • Permissions • Invite external user • Enter email address • Click require the user to create an account • ‘Invite person’ button • Save & Exit. User then • clicks on link • Creates new account • Gets access to the portfolio Suggestion: User bookmarks the page for easy return.
