  2. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT First of all I thank Allah who paved me to the right path. I would like to thank The City School for providing the opportunity to develop further, professional skills through INTEL program. Secondly I would like to thank my MTs Mr. ZakirKhatib and Ms. Sidra Mansoorfor their co-operation.

  3. ESSENTIAL TEACHINH SKILLS: • Planning and Preparation. • Lesson Presentation and Management. • Classroom Climate and Discipline. • Assessing Pupil’s progress and Evaluation. The best kind of the teacher is one who set realistic goals in the short and long term and who gave good quality and timeous feedback to the student’s on their performances.

  4. LONG TERM goal Adopt 21th century teaching approaches to enhances student observation , Critical thinking and integrating skills of science.

  5. SHORT TERM GOALS Arrange excursion trips to develop students observation.

  6. SHORT TERM GOALS Change questioning strategies with the students to promote critical thinking.

  7. SHORT TERM GOALS Give research work to the student’s to relate the topic’s of science with other subject’s.

  8. SOLUTIONS CHALLENGES • Principal may not agree with my new approach. • Student’s may not own a computer. • Parents may not understand my methods. • I will share the course manual and my plan from this course with my principal. • They will stay after school to use a computer in school’s computer lab. • I will use my new word processing skill to create a newsletter to inform parents of my new methods.

  9. Arrange excursion To develop student’s Observation skills. Student’s will Do research work on internet Of different topics of science NOVEMBER JANUARY SEPTEMBER MARCH Science quiz based On critical thinking Questions. Project work on topic “Sounds” related with music.
