Lessonslearned • To get people involvedyou need to meet them, invest in connecting • The effortsbefore the meeting are as important as the meeting itself • Localgovernmentsare open to work for allcitizensinstead of 85% • People have littleknowledge on human rights, continuing attention is needed • 12% extra sales mightconvince business
