4. American Chemistry Council (ACC) membership since 1988
Responsible Care® Management System (RCMS) – RC14001 to be implemented
Dual certification for RCMS & ISO 14001
RC14001 incorporates environmental, product stewardship as well as the health, safety, security and process safety management system elements of OSHAS 18001
All U.S. facilities will be certified to RC14001 by end of 2010
7 of 9 facilities have been certified to date
International facilities beginning RC14001 certification process in 2010

Suppliers are required to comply with all applicable legal requirements related to business conduct, labor and employment practices
Suppliers are required to comply with all applicable ISP environmental, health, safety & security regulatory requirements
ISP conducts rigorous EH&S audits of all toll and contract manufacturers

Top 80% of purchased raw materials are delivered via pipeline which minimizes carbon emissions
