  2. Between 1st January 2010 and 31st March 2010 [HR Reporting System] indicated that there were 6,959 employees of Bath & North east Somerset Council Where possible the following slides analyse the workforce by the various six strands of equality.

The sexual orientation is only known of 506 employees of Bath and North East Somerset Council Where sexual orientation is known about members of the workforce, 6% identified as being lesbian, gay or bi-sexual.   17. Staff Grievances There were seven employees of North East Somerset Council who raised grievances in the reporting period. For data protection purposes it is not possible to do a meaningful analysis on the aggrieved parties equalities data without compromising their anonymity.
