  2. The Burnt Store Area Plan proposes the creation of the “Burnt Store Overlay District” “…housing, commercial, and environmental land uses integrated and connected through a well functioning road system…”

  4. Amends the existing Urban Service Area Boundary

  6. Creates 2 new Land Use Categories “Village Residential” and “Limited Development”

  7. Village Residential -currently vacant or active agriculture land -allow for 1 dwelling unit per 10 acres, by right -maximum of 5 units per acre, with a re-zoning to Planned Development

  8. Limited Development -limited by road access or environmental constraints -1 dwelling unit per 10 acres, by right -2 dwelling units per 1 acre, with a re-zoning to Planned Development

  9. Existing Future Land Use Designations Proposed Future Land Use Designations

  10. Additional Policies within the Burnt Store Area Plan address
