  4. STRATEGY • What is a strategy? Strategy is about making bets…. • Strategy has to be changed anytime the landscape has changed

  5. CHANGE • Change is the only constant • To learn, learn and learn faster than competitors • Change management became a tool kit not just a magic

  6. MANAGEMENT • There is another way of doing: not hierarchical, but horizontal • Horizontal system – is the fastest in promoting and blessing talents

  7. LANDSCAPE • There is an effective servant government which is learning in the pace of market • The “wunderkind” of New Economy is becoming a teenager • There is no more old economy – there is a New Old Economy

  8. Do not waste time to copy past and even present modelsYou will never catch up Apply discovered methods to define your future

  9. The legendary hockey-player Wayne Gretzky said: “I skate not to where the puck is, but where it’s gonna be”.

  10. YOU • There are gurus in big temples, who are ready to teach you – just ask • In the knowledge based economy you should be full of knowledge, not full of yourself
