  8. The Bottom Line… Make it personal. Pick a child, grandchild, relative, or friend… If you can say that if you were a teacher you would WANT to work for ANY Instructional Leader within the state AND you would be happy for your child, grandchild, relative, or friend to be in any teachers classroom in the state without requesting then we are ok. If you can’t agree to that then our work is not done and we must create an evaluation process and instruments to help grow instructional leaders and improve teaching and learning. We owe it to every student in every chair across the state.
