Responsibility and Respect • Be responsible with library materials • You show responsibility when you… • Return books on time so that others may enjoy • Keep books/magazines in good shape • Treat library materials, computers, other students and faculty with respect. • You show respect when you… • Push in chairs • Put books back where you found them or ask Mrs. Mills to help you • Keep the computers/printers in good shape • Listen to Mrs. Mills. She is old and wise.

  4. Initiative • Take initiative for your own learning. • You can do this by… • Reading! • Researching! • Asking for help when you need it!

  5. Determination • Be determined to do your best • You can do this by… • Completing your work • Trying hard, even when something is difficult for you

  6. Etiquette • You are being courteous/following library etiquette when you… • Sign in and out • Wait patiently for me to check out your books and sign your pass • Use kind words and actions
