Ensemble Expectation Attendance @ all rehearsals A note is required for any emergency/absence given afterschool the next possible day Arrive before rehearsal starts to set-up Ready to play @ 7:30am (mornings) 11:30am (lunch) Practice good concert etiquette while in rehearsal Music Binder Concert Dress code will be followed for every concert Failure to follow these will result in (not participating in: concert, trips, ensemble.

  7. Music Parents Association • Meets once Monthly • assists the music department • program direction, trip planning, scholarship, fundraisers etc • New members needed! Please attend • Next Meeting tonight briefly (please see info) Staff room @ Westdale.

  8. Westdale Student MusicCouncil • Need Representatives from Grd9------12 • Voice of students, Initiatives for change • Spirit events (carol sing)(Karoake)(Movie night) • Meets Bi weekly (Friday’s @ lunch) • All are welcome
