Points to be remembered • Preparetion of a nursery during this dry season at each Gram Panchayat and in each block so that there will be no crisis of sapling during next monsoon (Ref. this office memo no. 1615(25)/1(9)/Engg/ MGNREGS dated 22.11.2010). • Annual Action Plan for 2011-12 to be submitted within 23rd December, 2010 (Ref. this office memo no. 1237 (25)/Engg/MGNREGS dated 27.08.2010, no. 1680(25)/Engg/MGNREGS dated 14.12.2010 and memo no 1973(60)/Dev dated 08.12.2010). Preparation of list of works should be done through the meeting of Gram Sansads in the month of November (Ref. – U/s 12(3)(d) of the WBREGS, 2006). Only Nandakumar submitted plans for all G.P.s and Patashpur-I submitted plans for Chistipur-I G.P.

Points to be remembered • Consolidated list of eligible families of MGNREA workers (Above Poverty line) not received from following blocks (Ref. memo no. 1477 (25)/MGNREGS dated 12.10.2010, no. 1348(25)/MGNREGS dated 16.09.2010 and through all development meetings with BDOs & SDOs since last October) :- Ramnagar-II, Contai-I, Khejuri-I, Khejuri-II, Bhagawanpur-II. Panskura, Kolaghat, Tamluk. Mahishadal, Haldia, Sutahata. Egra-I

  4. Points to be remembered • Expenditure position as weel as creation of mandays to improved for 20 low performing G.P.s. (Ref: memo no 1714(25)/MGNREGS dated 21.12.2010) • Payment within fortnight of starting of works.(memo no: 1711(223)/MON/MGNREGS dated 16/12/2010 and memo no 1360(25)/MGNREGS dated 20/09/2010)

  5. NEW ITEMS • Opening balance as on 01.04.2010 should be rectified in MIS as per audit report • Renewal of job cards. • Photo taking • Measurement book entry & e-muster roll generation for MIS.
