  3. Online Streaming Online streaming will be opened from 11th Jul to (Fri) 2nd Aug 2013 Can be done any time within the stipulated timeframe on a computer with internet connection.

  4. Note! • Read and share info booklet with your parents • Discuss subject options with your parents, (not just with friends) • Submit acknowledgement form to your form teacher • Log onto AsknLearn and complete the online streaming exercise • Do all these by 2nd Aug, Fri

  10. Pure Sci (Group 2) • Pure Science Combinations with 7 subjects • Compulsory subjects: • English • Mother Tongue • E Math • A Math • Physics • Chemistry • Social Studies with Elective Geog OR Hist (Choose 1)

  11. Criteria for Pure Sci • Science > 70 • Math > 70 • English > 60 (higher for 8 subjects) • Overall > 65 (higher for 8 subjects) • Art: Art > 65

  12. Comb Sci (Group 3) • Combined Science w/ A Math Combinations with 7 subjects • Compulsory subjects: • English • Mother Tongue • E Math • A Math • Science (P/C) • Social Studies with Elective Geography OR History (Choose 1)

Comb Sci (Group 3) • Combined Science w/ A Maths Combinations with 7 subjects • The 7th subject: (Choose 1) • Principles of Accounts (Code: Comb Sci A Maths + POA) • Design & Technology (Code: Comb Sci A Maths + DT) • Design Art (Code: Comb Sci A Maths + Art) • History (Code: Comb Sci A Maths + Hist) • Literature (Code: Comb Sci A Maths + Lit) • Geography (Code: Comb Sci A Maths + Geo)

  14. Criteria for Comb Sci w/ A-Math • Math > 60 • Art: Art > 65

  18. Subject Choices If your top choices are Pure Science, then you should choose Combined Science as well. Places in Pure Science are offered by merit of performance (Sec 2 EOY) and availability of school resources.

  23. Note!! Submit your choices at AsknLearn by Fri, 2 Aug. Print the streaming form and get it signed by your parents. Submit the printed form to your FT by Mon, 5 Aug.
