  1. MOSFLM version 6 MOSFLM is a program for integrating area detector data. MOSFLM is ... • Versatile - one program integrates data from all commonly used area detectors in macromolecular crystallography Mar Research Image Plate and CCD ADSC CCD detectors Rigaku R-Axis Image plate • Portable - runs on most common platforms, NT version currently being developed MOSFLM is Installed and running at most PX beamlines around the world. It is available as both pre-compiled executables for a number of platforms and as source code in a “build-it-yourself” version. • CCP4 ready - outputs data in MTZ format ready for further processing • Free to end user - from both the LMB and CCP4 ftp servers without need for registration • Easy to usewith both graphical and command-line interfaces MOSFLMhas a comprehensive on-line HELP facility and a user manual in both plain text and HTML; the current version is available for download on the LMB’s web and ftp site. MOSFLM version 6.01 is now available from ftp://ftp.mrc-lmb.cam.ac.uk/mosflm MOSFLM version 6.10 will be soon be available, with new features including • Improved autoindexing and peak search routines • Ability to post-refine parameters for fine phi-sliced data • Mosaicity estimation • Anisotropic resolution limits • Data Harvesting - so you have a record of the experiment from processing to deposition • Support for the Crystallographic Binary File (CBF), a new standard for image formats
