  3. END-OF-YEAR REPORT 1. Positions should reflect what was approved in grant application or subsequent revision. 2. FTEs should be based on number of hours worked divided by 1080 (certificated) or 2080 (classified). 3. Regular year funds used in summer program should still be reported under FP521. 4. 5b is a subset of 5a – report paraprofessional paid with program funds under 5a and then report those identified in 5a who meet qualified criteria as defined under Title IA. 5. Make sure only those staff paid with MEP funds (Program 53 are reported). FPD COMPLETES
